Log into your TORAL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
